Brain drain
European economy, in special spanish one, are suffering a worrying brain drain. A talent who moves to those places where be cared and promoted. Like any living being, talents look for the right conditions to growth and develope. If we are not able to generate this atmosphere, will be very difficult to create, to attract and to keep them. The lack of talent drives to lost of competitivity wich prompts an estructural problem in any kind of economy, a problem that causes a loss of influence in the international context.
It is a very important challenge for companies and educational system, to create an enviroment where to find requiered factors to make talent arise and live in freedom. European Comission is working in that way developing the increase in trainning investment and creating quality work positions. The questions are, is it too late for it?, how are we going to make it happen?, Should countries play these iniciatives by their own, allowing political parties to perform them?. The debate is opened. While, the human resource professionals must think how to work on it.
