HR branding

What are the new tendencies in HR talks? We are listening everyday to talk about attraction, retention and management of the talent. We aim to get the best people for our organization. But this is something else than paying high salaries, low work load or some other ideas like them.

Best people are usually in best places. How can we get them? First: we must attract them. How to do it?. A good brand, prestigious, where people are first, it´s a good cocktail of facts to be chosen as the best option. Second: retaining the best ones requires of understanding and communication, giving them what they need, the things that made them choosing us. We must make them faithful to the company, remainding them that they haven´t made a mistake by choosing us. Third: we must manage it, making our job perfectly so everything works in an accurate way.

But to achieve that, we first need to create a good brand, a good internal brand. A brand which is sign of warranty for the future. If we are able to get it, HR job will be much easy and innovation will be the challege for people management.
