Human Resources´ mission: work climate!!!. I think that it should be the mission of any human resources department, or better, for any people management. This mission should be the one to which the rest department objectives must be oriented to, guiding HR policies and collaborating In achievement of company´s mission. This contribution will be very Important to the Income statement, thats why I think that work climate has a price: an important part of the company profit.

The way to know and get the right atmosphere is very simple: ASK. As the old spanish proverb says: Asking you can even reach Rome. So by asking we will have a part of the recipe for it. How?. Each company will use different methodologie, according to its size, the culture, the available technology…Using these methods, we will get a X-ray where you check the health status of the organizative feelings.We can make a good prediction, and prescribe the best medicines to prevent and cure all kind of tumours before they infect the whole company. We have to work on it, measuring it everyday to check if the size is finally going down. Don`t miss it until it is completely gone.

In this way, in a very summarized way, we are working on the HR goal. Antibiotics (payments, recruitment, conciliation,…) will make that the body is working in an harmonious and agile way, day by day.

As every doctor would say: practice sport!!!.
